Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives identifying disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscape
- Develop quantitative scenario models for emerging technologies and market paradigms
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend briefings for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain proprietary trend databases using advanced analytical tools
- Represent company at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior analysts in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
- Experience in tech, finance, or sustainability sectors highly valued
