- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Produce actionable foresight reports and roadmaps for executive leadership and product teams
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats and opportunities in target markets
- Partner with R&D to integrate future-oriented principles into innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling visualizations and data-driven narratives
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts for continuous intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with advanced visualization capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Strong network within futurist/innovation communities (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
