Responsibilities
- Develop and publish quarterly trend briefings on 2026+ technological and societal disruptions

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for measuring the impact of future-shaping initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with data-driven narratives
- Oversee development of proprietary foresight analytics platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Published research on emerging technologies or societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic adaptation
