Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams
- Identify and analyze disruptive trends in AI, synthetic biology, and space tech
- Present futuristic scenarios to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Oversee development of prototype technologies for 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in STEM field or strategic foresight certification
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
