Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year vision
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Establish external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record in launching technology-driven initiatives with measurable impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, strategic foresight methodologies, and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making proficiency
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
