Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and implementation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products, services, and business models
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core offerings
- Author high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state objectives
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community of practice
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, AC/DC) preferred
