Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic foresight framework for 2026 horizon
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future trends into actionable roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, and quantum computing domains
- Design and execute scenario planning workshops for C-suite leadership
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technological paradigms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience publishing industry foresight reports or whitepapers
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
