Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Author white papers on emerging technology commercialization
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Represent Horizon Labs at Davos, CES, and future-tech conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research or thought leadership in tech futurism
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent experience
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Global network of innovators and academic researchers
