Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks across IoT, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economy models
- Partner with product teams to embed anticipatory design in customer experiences
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track emerging tech adoption curves
- Host quarterly futures symposiums with industry leaders and academic pioneers
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in matrixed global organizations
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
