Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong executive communication with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
