Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present foresight insights to investors and board members
- Build and maintain an external expert network across academia and industry
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums
