- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify disruptive startups
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed foresight journals
