Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Author high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for board-level presentations
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects aligned with future market needs
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) strongly preferred
