Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to C-suite executives and innovation boards
- Design speculative scenarios and innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Establish cross-industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Experience working in agile product development environments
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation publications
