Responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Design scenario-planning models for global market transformations
- Translate complex technical insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem with academic and industry partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional scenario-planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and tools
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published work in futurism or innovation strategy (strongly preferred)
