Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing products and services using scenario planning methodologies
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive presentations translating complex foresight into actionable insights
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future trends into development pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, conference keynotes, and industry publications
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers for trend validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF) preferred
