Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technologies
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough opportunities in AI, quantum, and biotech
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on industry disruption trends
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-concept solutions
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption curves of emerging technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, synthetic biology
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio published in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
