Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, space tech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 market disruption
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author in futurism or technology forecasting (peer-reviewed)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
