Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Identify emerging technology inflection points and patent opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Publish white papers on future of work and digital sovereignty trends
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with venture partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Track record of publishing future-focused research in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 2020+ technology transitions
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
