Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service blueprints
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging paradigms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, Web3, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Published work in futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading high-impact innovation initiatives
