Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year horizon scanning framework identifying emerging tech paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Author forward-looking white papers and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in autonomous systems
- Design immersive innovation workshops for Fortune 500 executives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two domains: quantum computing, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global stakeholder engagement
