Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on emerging tech disruptions
- Author white papers and industry reports on future-of-work paradigms
- Manage innovation incubators with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight analytics team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) preferred
- Fluency in futures simulation tools (e.g., AnyLogic, Stella)
