Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business development initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of future-oriented thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI, Web3, neurotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network within global innovation and venture capital communities
