Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-oriented solutions and validate market readiness
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D with 2026+ impact
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, and biointegration
- Exceptional storytelling skills with portfolio of published trend forecasts or whitepapers
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) or equivalent experience
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market shifts and transformational strategies
