Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in Web3 and biotech convergence
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Design and facilitate future-thinking workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
