Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing insights from data scientists, engineers, and industry experts
- Produce executive-level foresight reports and presentations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish innovation KPIs and track emerging trend adoption curves using proprietary analytics platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community across global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record developing long-term scenario plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, systems thinking, and quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
