Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological paradigms
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Build and lead an interdisciplinary innovation incubator
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry forums
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation consulting or R&D leadership
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and research institutions
- Published author in innovation or futurism publications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic a significant advantage
