Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead high-impact research initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design and execute innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, weak signal detection, and systemic analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published author or frequent speaker at innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
