Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on AI, blockchain, and climate tech convergence
- Produce horizon-scanning reports identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption curves
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists in prototyping future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, Berkeley) for emerging tech validation
- Present foresight frameworks at industry conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing corporate foresight programs with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization expertise
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
