Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-10 year technology foresight frameworks for emerging domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders to map future industry landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Translate complex future trends into actionable product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential technologies through change management programs
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and speculative design
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological shifts affecting innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with deep knowledge of at least 3 domains (AI, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, etc.)
