- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across global enterprises
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Produce evidence-based innovation briefings quantifying future market opportunities
- Drive cross-functional alignment between R&D, product, and investment teams
- Establish KPIs to track foresight impact on organizational agility
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced research methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into executive-level strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization expertise
- Experience working with AI/ML, climate tech, or biotech foresight
- Exceptional presentation skills influencing C-suite and board stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
