Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks targeting 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging socioeconomic trends
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruption scenarios
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and strategic recommendations for C-suite clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to align on future-state roadmaps
- Build quantitative forecasting models incorporating behavioral economics and adoption curves
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging technologies and their market disruption potential
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in corporate foresight, innovation strategy, or consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or strategic planning publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
