- Produce thought leadership content positioning InnovateForward as an industry authority
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate organizational foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise-level strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI analytics
