Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise innovation
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical trends, and behavioral shifts impacting global markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused products and services
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities through predictive analytics and trend valuation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic implementations
