Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year scenario planning for 2026+ technological convergence (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption and market evolution
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact white papers and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track technological adoption curves
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in C-suite presentations
- Published author or recognized speaker in futurism/innovation domains
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM) required
