Responsibilities
- Forecast industry and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Produce high-impact trend reports and white papers for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and environmental disruptors
- Represent the company at global futurism and innovation conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy transformation projects
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
