Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and horizon scanning techniques
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to co-create future-ready business models
- Produce actionable scenario reports and disruption roadmaps for technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight simulations using VR/AR technologies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cutting-edge expertise in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, CFPS) highly desirable
