Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative data analysis and qualitative trend research
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and disruption assessments for Fortune 500 clients
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight knowledge ecosystem
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning methodologies, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
