Responsibilities
- Forecast global technological, social, and economic trends through proprietary horizon-scanning methodologies
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive innovation cycles
- Lead cross-functional workshops using scenario planning and systems thinking frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications cited by World Economic Forum and MIT Technology Review
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quantum computing and biotech startups
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100 consulting experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (minimum 3 citations)
- Proficiency in AI trend modeling tools and scenario planning software
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proven track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-facing insights
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
