Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for industry stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published work on technological singularity or exponential trends
- Expertise in at least two domains: quantum systems, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
