Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for 2026+ market disruptions
- Produce strategic foresight reports for executive stakeholders and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future trends and opportunities
- Establish quantitative/qualitative models for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
