Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption curves across healthcare, climate, and AI sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping ethical implications of neuro-quantum interfaces
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports for Fortune 500 clients and federal agencies
- Design immersive futures scenarios using our proprietary Synapse VR platform
- Partner with product teams to commercialize 2026-ready innovations
- Advise C-suite executives on long-term strategic resilience in exponential change environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research on AI governance or biotech ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Track record translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing applications and singularity timelines
- Experience presenting to executive boards and regulatory bodies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed commercial innovations
