- Develop strategic frameworks translating foresight into actionable business roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future trends
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation briefs for executive stakeholders
- Design and facilitate futures-thinking workshops for cross-functional teams
- Monitor horizon scanning signals across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adaptation metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
- Experience with futures simulation tools and horizon scanning platforms
