Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology and societal trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable scenarios
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Develop quantitative models to forecast market disruption and opportunity windows
- Create compelling narrative frameworks to communicate future possibilities to diverse audiences
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Policy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (required)
