Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technology horizon scanning systems identifying 2026-relevant innovations
- Create scenario-planning models for quantum-AI-bio convergence
- Lead client workshops on future-proofing business strategies
- Manage R&D pipeline for next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for C-suite executives
- Represent company at global innovation summits and tech councils
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or tech R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience with patent landscape analysis in emerging tech
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 and metaverse infrastructure
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation ecosystems
