Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic shifts for 2026+
- Develop and present future scenario models to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct proprietary research using AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for cross-functional global teams
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive commercialization of future-focused intellectual property
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Proficiency with AI-powered foresight tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy through future insights
