Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing emerging tech convergence points
- Architect ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions in our innovation labs
- Represent company vision at global forums (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., FSF, CET)
