Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Analyze disruptive trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology ecosystems
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and market volatility
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future vision
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend reports, white papers, and strategic roadmaps
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-state feasibility
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends and their business implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Published thought leadership in industry publications or journals
- Experience with scenario planning under uncertainty
