Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into actionable KPIs and OKRs for product and engineering teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on technological disruptions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation conferences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, system dynamics modeling)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional strategy teams in high-growth environments
