- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and government futurist councils
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and mentor a cross-functional futurist team of 8-12 specialists
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry summits on 2026 technological trajectories
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or equivalent tech leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering market-disrupting roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, neuro-interfaces, and climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent professional credential
